They have Happy hour every afternoon which was great we met other people from Australia and other countries as well as Japanese guests. Breakfast was a buffet which was very nice, Japanese food which was nice. I couldn't have a great variety as there wasn't a huge amount of Gluten Free options however there was enough I had a sufficient amount of food. It was close to the Hiroshima Peace museum,(a very worthwhile and thought provoking place.) the dome and the children's memorial. Also close to a wide range of restaurants, shopping areas within walking distance or a short cab ride if walking is not your thing. Also used the tram to visit the port which was also a great way to see the city. Finally access to train station was very easy also. Literally outside of our hotel to the left and right was a spectacular light show which ended the night before we left. Hiroshima definitely lived up to my expectations. the view from the guest dining area was amazing 360 degree view from a photographers point of view.

Hotel was conveniently located in the central area of Hiroshima. I caught the loop bus to get there which seemed to be the quickest way from the station. If you have a lot of luggage you would be better off using a taxi. Hotel looked well presented, check-in was efficient and my room was a good size with a nice view of the city. There was an amenity bar in the lobby where you could get supplies you may have forgotten. There was a lounge on the top floor that was open during the day for complimentary coffee, snacks etc. Breakfast was really good with a nice mix of Japanese and Western options including some Hiroshima local specialties. The staff were friendly and efficient and helped me arrange luggage delivery to my next hotel. A short walk away from the hotel is the bus stop, streetcar, and the hotel is within walking distance of tourist sites and the shopping district. Overall I enjoyed my stay and would recommend it to a visitor to the city.

Checkin went very smoothly, I accidentally booked for only 1 person but it was all resolved! I had to pay an additional ~7K JPY for two nights + breakfast. It was also raining, and the hotel offered free umbrella rental which was great. The rooms were nice and tidy with GREAT views. There were free coffee and tea + snacks during the day, and there were also a lot of options for the breakfast buffet. That said, you really can't beat the location. It was within walking distance to everywhere you need to go within Hiroshima. If you are planning to go to Miyajima Island though, it is quite the trip to go to the JR ferry terminal (~1hr) so keep that in mind.

We had a lovely high floor - 20th! So great view. Was very conveniently situated with a short walk to the Peace Museum and the ferry/boat trip landing area. We arrived by train and tram - the tram stop just around the corner. Lots of restaurants and shops nearby. Bed comfortable. Actually, was a bit of room in this hotel to put a suitcase and open out! Breakfast was on the 25th floor - which was nice. The breakfast itself was fine. Had some free stuff like most of the Hotels in Japan - toiletries and the like, and some free drinks upstairs! Photo: view from bedroom window.

The top floor of the hotel is the breakfast buffet and a free snack/drink lounge during other times. The view from the top is phenomenal and it's such a great area to enjoy a meal or drink! I didn't make much use of the complimentary services outside of the breakfast times, but it's very good value for money. The breakfast was also really tasty with good variety. The staff all spoke good English and were really hospitable and helpful with processes I didn't understand (like using the takkyubin). This was really comforting for a solo travelling foreigner like myself.
